About Hermitage Partners

We tailor all our engagements so that our clients get the right outcomes and get the most value from our time. Our engagements can be either comprehensive projects or targeted support (a small number of days) to assist at pivotal times, for example with issue identification, strategy testing or strategy synthesis. We are not a leverage-model consulting firm, meaning our clients receive the intensive personal involvement of our principals and our network of industry experts.

Team

The firm is led by Simon Fidler, a former McKinsey partner and co-leader of McKinsey's UK strategy function. Simon has strategy consulting experience over the last 20 years working in Australia, USA and Europe, particularly in the development of corporate, business unit and sales and distribution growth strategies. Simon is supported by a network of highly experienced strategy consultants and industry experts.
